Want to do an old fashioned pig roast for my buddy’s bachelor party somewhere in Vancouver on a weekend in early June. (Still have to secure a location). I’d provide the pig (as well as rent the spit, and BBQ if required) but I have no idea how to roast a pig. Looking for someone who does. Name your price:)
